Start Your First Session!
Step 1 - The Application
For all new students we require that a parent or legal guardian submit an application. This includes important information such as contact information, photo release forms, billing info, and medical information. This application will need to be dropped off at our Sandy location.
We require that all new students and families sit down with us for an initial (free) intake interview where we get to know your student, their needs, and map out a scope of their learning needs. Here we set goals and share important information to ensure the success of your student.

Step 3 - The First Four Sessions
We believe that in order for a student to demonstrate growth and gain the benefits from individual tutoring, that an investment needs to be made. That’s why we ask that you commit to the first four session ahead of time—this will ensure that the student and their tutors have time to learn routines, get a sense of how the student learns best.
After the first four sessions, we hope that the student has seen positive growth and benefits from the sessions, and will continue to work with them as long as they (and the families) would like. We have students who have been with us for years and we have had the wonderful privilege of seeing them grow up through grades.
